Representatives of the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the State of Washington met with Miller Adams, Managing Partner of Pier 70 Ventures.
The discussion focused on opportunities to connect Uzbekistan’s fast-growing startup ecosystem with the Pacific Northwest’s advanced innovation, venture capital, and technology networks.
The parties explored prospects for cooperation in healthcare technology, mobility, AgTech, and CleanTech.
Particular attention was given to connecting promising Uzbek startups with international investors, attracting capital and expertise to innovative projects, and supporting their entry into the U.S. market.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue identifying promising startups and investment projects for potential future collaboration and to maintain regular dialogue.
Both sides expressed their readiness to transform the discussion into practical partnerships and investment projects between Uzbekistan and Washington State.
