Citizens of 112 countries, including the United States, may obtain residence permits in Uzbekistan through real estate purchase.

Minimum Investment:

• Tashkent city and region: $400,000
• Samarkand, Bukhara, Namangan, Andijan, Fergana, Khorezm: $200,000
• Karakalpakstan and other regions: $100,000

Issued based on Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan approval — MFA telex.

2. Obtain invitation letter;
3. Receive MFA approval — telex.
