Representatives of the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the State of Washington met with Seattle City Councilmember Robert Kettle.
During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities to further strengthen ties between Uzbekistan and the City of Seattle and develop new areas of mutually beneficial cooperation.
The parties exchanged views on expanding collaboration in trade, investment, education, tourism, cultural and humanitarian affairs, and people-to-people exchanges. They also emphasized the importance of establishing direct connections between the business communities of Uzbekistan and Seattle and creating new opportunities for companies and entrepreneurs.
Particular attention was given to the important role of local governments in fostering international partnerships, supporting connections between foreign businesses and communities, and advancing mutually beneficial initiatives.
The parties expressed their readiness to deepen the friendship between Uzbekistan and Seattle, maintain regular dialogue, and develop practical cooperation projects for the mutual benefit of both communities.
