Consular Registration<\/h4>\r\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<!-- wp:heading -->\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who may apply for temporary consular registration?<\/h4>\r\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->The following categories of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and stateless persons may be registered for temporary consular registration:<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->\u2705 Study<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->\u2705 Employment<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->\u2705 Official business trip<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->\u2705 Medical treatment<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->\u2705 Family reunification<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->This applies to individuals who are legally staying in the United States for <strong>more than 6 months<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<!-- wp:separator --><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><!-- \/wp:separator -->\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<!-- wp:heading -->\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is not eligible for temporary consular registration?<\/h4>\r\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->The following individuals are not eligible for temporary consular registration:<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->\u274c Persons staying in the United States for less than 6 months;<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->\u274c Persons visiting for tourism, private matters, or other short-term purposes;<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->\u274c Transit passengers;<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->\u274c Holders of expired biometric or non-biometric passports.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->If necessary, such individuals may apply for a Certificate of Return to Uzbekistan.<\/p>\r\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<!-- wp:separator --><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/><!--
